Terms of Sale: All orders require approval by Dionis (Creative Consumer Products Inc. - CCP Inc.) Product for resale only. All prices, terms & conditions are subject to change without prior notice and are at the sole discretion of Dionis.

Online Retailers: Dionis allows selling only through approved retail locations. Each approved online account must maintain MSRP pricing. Dionis products may not be sold on any other third-party website including but not limited to Amazon, Ebay or Walmart Marketplace. Failure to comply will result in closure of your account.

Order Minimums: Opening orders: $300.00 per resale location; Reorders: $150.00 per resale location.

Payment Terms: Initial orders must be paid by CC. We accept all major credit cards. Net 30 is available with credit approval. We do not accept credit card payments on N30 invoices.

Shipping: All orders are FOB Warrington, PA shipping via FedEx ground. All freight is prepaid and added to invoice.

Returns & Claims: Returns that are not defective will be charged a 20% restocking fee and freight charges will be borne by the purchaser. Merchandise must be returned new. Returns are accepted within 5 days of receipt of goods and must be pre-authorized by CCP Inc. Any unauthorized return will be subject to 50% restocking fee, plus freight including refused or undeliverable goods.

Damaged & Defective Product: Must be reported within 5 days of receipt of shipment.
